Financing Requirement & Documents

Who can be financed
Any corporate entity who MUST be registered in Singapore and should have a physical office address. These entities can be:-

  • Public Listed Company
  • Private Limited Company
  • Professional body establishment (Law firm or Audit firm)
  • Partnership
  • Sole-proprietorship
  • Branch Office or Representative Office
  • Non-Profit organization or Society
  • Any Government-link Company or Government Body
 
What Document
Generally, documents that we may require you to submit during your application are:-
-   Latest Three month bank statement.
-   Latest Year Financial Report.
-   Sole proprietor's latest year Income Tax Assessment.
-   Any Professional Practicing Certificate.
-   Other registration documents.
